Nexsure 1.92.0 Resolved Issues

Accounting

• Inactivated tax code deletes from invoicing set up.
• Tax Authority can be deleted after being used in an invoice.
• Tax authority ID of zero should be prohibited.
• Tax authority orphan record constraints.
• Invoice posting and reversal not in balance.
• Data fix to repair old null Date Due on invoice installments.
• Transaction Summary Screen: Policy description does not appear correctly when only one LOB is invoiced on a package policy.
• Invoice Summary Screen: Compound billing invoices not showing same description for all invoices.
• Invoice Summary Screen: Sort options not working properly.
• Received Payment: Error message received when selecting Employee.
• User is trying to receive payment from an employee and after the search to bring up employee an error appears.
• Unable to complete receive payment to employees.
• Able to remove unit that has posted invoices.
• Unable to reverse disbursement, page freezes.
• SQL exception error trying to receive payment for an employee.
• Received payment allocation error message, previously allocated payment advance invoices reappearing for payment.
• General Ledger accounts missing.
• Journal Entry: Reversing in locked period with Admin rights returned an error.
• Error clicking on the Transactions link at the client level.
• List Bill plan created by using the Copy feature has incorrect Date Created.
• Invoice header: When typing a message in the invoice header, if the characters exceed max allowed the message does not save.
• Accounts Payable: When entering an AP for a carrier with a foreign country, the country does not appear in the AP header.
• Disbursement > reconciliations screen: Remove icon is still active for the included reconciliation after disbursement is posted.
• Reconciliation Agency Commission Adjustment not calculating to recon correctly.

Apostrophes and Special Characters

• Email Delivery: Get an "Invalid email address" message when the email address contains an apostrophe.
• Get an error when you have a comma in the No. of Employees field on the client profile and you try to market a policy.
• Unable to use the bookmark feature if the user name has an apostrophe.
• Unable to reassign employee if the users name has an apostrophe.
• Apostrophe within the description field is dropping text after it is entered.
• A program description for an opportunity that has an apostrophe does not display after selecting.
• Quotations within the description field of a word document returns error and failed email message.
• Disbursements: When an ' (apostrophe) is in the Description field and/or Internal Notes field on a disbursement, an error is generated.
• Policy level transactions tab: Get "Error on page" and invoices do not display when policy number contains an apostrophe.
• Reconciliation: Saving apostrophe to recon Internal Note field gets error.
• Disbursement: Error when searching for additional interest name containing apostrophe.
• Accounts Payable: Error occurs when special characters are entered in Description.

CRM

• Adding an application through an edit does not place the app on the QN.
• Policy is listed, but there is no option button to choose that policy.

Delivery

• Using the deliver feature from within an exported schedule causes an error when trying to send.
• Fax delivery of a word doc does not process to complete.
• User attached the wrong documents to their email. When they attempted to delete attachments in the middle of the group, the top items deleted.
• Text message to cell phone is not being received.
• Clicking on the NIC icon for the summary of insurance, choosing a name and then send causes an error.
• Word wrap long file name on attachments so all the information stays within the pop up.
• Can't search for certificate holders on delivery screen.
• Greater than and less than characters in the reference field for certificates causes reference to not appear on summary (delivery portion).

eServices

• Unable to check Hanover billing status.

Forms 

• ACORD 127 mapping AZ mapping issue.

Office Integration

• Document Template - Search by Update By does not work.
• Next function does not work properly.
• Last updated by does not sort correctly.
• Alphabetize drop-down for setup > document templates > add new > document type.

Policy Info

• Policy info tab > marketing > summary of insurance tab and claims tab are enabled when in the policy info tab while doing a marketing application.
• Annualized premium on policy summary screen shows an incorrect amount.
• Policy info total displaying the incorrect Premium Amount.
• Production commissions are inaccurate comparing the production detail report to the actual individual policy info page for each policy.
• Annualized Premium at policy info and policy screen is incorrect.
• Policy Fee not pulling into policy info tab or invoice on marketing application.
• Annualized premium field on policy summary screen is being updated incorrectly.
• Editing an existing employee commission to have carrier default selected does not prompt system to check for existing employee commission in branch.
• Incorrect Other Commission Role display at policy info summary screen.
• Agency Commission: a flat agency commission defaults into policy info tab when no org/carrier/LOB commission default exists.
• Above client information it looks like debugging code has been left in.
• Policy Info tab: Able to edit an existing premium record to save without a description but when adding a new premium record, cannot save without a description.
• Policy Info tab: Error saving tax and agency commission details where Rate field is blank.
• Overstated production credit allowed at policy info on renewal.
• Error clicking on the details on the policy info tab.
• Data fix annualized premium incorrect.
• BOB error when trying to edit a policy.
• Cannot view invoices at the policy level for some clients. They can be seen at the client level.

Reports

• Customer Statement Top Perf: List Bill invoice issued to related accounts should show "Client Name:"
• Customer Statement Top Perf: Invoice items are listed separately in report.
• Customer Statement Top Perf: Filter by Commercial / Personal client type returns all results.
• Error when ad hoc page sits.
• Invoice Transaction Register: Add filter for open binder bills.
• Second line of address missing from invoice.
• Disbursements: Print check box does not update to be marked as printed on disbursements.
• Account Current - Sorting options not working properly.
• Account Current - Report shows different total when grouped by client name.
• Account Current - Not all transactions are appearing on the account current report.
• Account Current - Details icon does not save all filters when editing a new report.
• Account Current - Invoice not showing on Account Current report.
• Account Current - Invoices not showing up on account current report.
• Account Current - Not returning the correct premium.
• Employee Listing - Title column is displaying the state, not the employee's title from the card file.
• Expiration Report Fixes and additional features.
• Lost Business Report fixes and additional features.

Security

• Employees appear under user assigned for an administrator template but do not have these rights.
• Problems with multiple security templates and unable to perform accounting transactions.
• User is able to see the transaction tab within the Summary of Insurance but they should not.
• Summary of insurance: If no view rights, tab is still active - if tab is selected user is kicked out of system. Tab should be inactive when no view rights.

T-Log

• Doesn't record view of client T-Log page.
• Shows add operation on modify memo and details display should be consistent (some show in brackets and some show after a dash).
• Fix delivery T-Log.
• T-Log does not show when a user has updated a policy in marketing.
• Attempting to click on the Details icon of certain task types results in a VB error.
• Accessing the security policy tab from the T-Log tab in Setup results in a page can not be displayed error.
• T-Log displays gibberish for some transactions.

Nexsure 1.92.0 Known Issues

Accounting

• Cannot process AP transactions.

Certificates

• Note that new certificate details feature does has not been applied to the certificate summary yet. When printer from the certificate details, the certificates will display and print in alpha order by holder. If the certificates are printed from the certificate summary, they are not printed alphabetically.

Reports

• Lost Business Report removed pending repair.

Transactions

• Bonds transactions cannot be viewed at the policy level.
